At Cheryl's Airbnb Cleaning, we take pride in the quality of our services and strive to ensure complete satisfaction for all our clients. However, please be aware of the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds
Once a service has been rendered, refunds are not available under any circumstances. This includes situations where the client is dissatisfied with the service provided.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee
While refunds are not offered, we are committed to addressing any concerns or issues with our services. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve your concerns to your satisfaction, which may include revisiting the property to correct any issues.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a service in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Any cancellations made within the required notice period of at least 24 hours will not be charged. Cancellations made outside of this period may be subject to a cancellation fee but are not eligible for refunds.
